Strengthening our nation’s energy innovation and infrastructure through policy.

The Energy Infrastructure Alliance Forum (EIA Forum) is a nonpartisan organization developing effective federal energy financing solutions. We work to ensure tools, such as grants, loans, credit facilities, and insurance solutions, remain available to advance innovation, resilience, and economic opportunity.

EIA Forum’s mission is to address the gap in energy innovation and infrastructure development from DOE programs, with a focus on supporting the DOE Loan Program Office. EIA Forum educates the public on laws and policies that accelerate energy infrastructure and innovation addressing the “commercialization valley of death” for energy projects and energy resiliency initiatives, including energy infrastructure financing programs.

Ensuring a secure, competitive, and clean energy future requires financing mechanisms that work.
